Heel Pain

1 in 10 people will experience plantar heel pain in their lifetime. With tens of possible diagnoses, it's important to be assessed before attempting treatment. Treatment often includes extracorporeal shockwave therapy, physical therapy, orthoses and footwear advice.

In-Grown Nail

An ingrown toenail occurs when the edge or corner of a toenail grows into the surrounding skin, causing pain, redness, swelling, and sometimes infection. It most commonly affects the big toe and can result from improper nail trimming, tight shoes, nail plate pathology or injury. Treatment may include a minor surgical procedure.

Shin Splints

Shin splints is an overarching term used for a multitude of painful conditions that affect the shin. Hard-floor athletes are most at risk of developing the condition. Treatment often includes activity modification, orthoses and physical therapy.

Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis (OA) can lead to pain and stiffness on any joint in the body. Joints in the hands, feet, knees, and hips are the most commonly affected. Treatment often includes footwear advice/modification and orthoses.
