Cancellation Policy

Due to high patient demand, we require 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel/rearrange your appointment.

POLICY:

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without 24 hours prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for the missed visit.

We understand that emergencies arise and are happy to accommodate unexpected circumstances on a case-by-case basis. However, we appreciate your cooperation in respecting this policy to help us serve all of our patients effectively.
