Cancellation Policy

Due to high patient demand, we require 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel/rearrange your appointment.

POLICY:

Sub-24 hour cancellation notice:

50% of appointment fee.

1 missed appointment:

50% of appointment fee and subsequent bookings will require full pre-payment. 

2 missed appointments:

You will be required to pay 100% of the fee of your missed appointment prior to any subsequent bookings.
